SCANDALISED BY SKY AND BT!

Sky Talk has been debiting my personal bank account without my knowledge and without my permission for the past three months! They CLAIM I agreed to this in January 2007!!!!! Meanwhile I am also paying BT for their Unlimited Anytime Plan which I have been paying for for over two years.
I have written to both James Murdoch at Sky and to Mr Livingstone at BT to ask why and how this could have happened without my permission!
Mr. Livingstone's "Assistant" phoned to say "if you would like to move to Sky"!!!!!! - she had obviously not read my letters. When pressed, she agreed that BT should have sent me a letter to inform me that the service had been switched and she would look in to it (ha ha).
Sky are now cutting me off from Broadband and Sky TV which I have been paying for since Jan 07. I have received NO RESPONSE from James Murdoch or Sky but when I phoned this week I was informed by Peter in Glasgow (SKY) that CUSTOMER RELATIONS AT SKY REFUSED TO TAKE MY CALL AS THEY CONSIDERED THE CASE CLOSED!!!!
Neither Sky nor BT have heard the end of this - as well as this blog I shall be writing to MoneyBox on Radio 4, my MP Sarah Tether, and taking my case to the Small Claims Court.
